1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or purchasing any product or service from Wolf Labs ("we", "us", "our", or "Wolf Labs"), operating under the domain wol.fo, you ("Client", "you") agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service and any applicable laws. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer high-quality digital services including but not limited to web development, bot development, and custom coding solutions. All services are delivered based on the agreed scope and are provided "as-is" unless explicitly specified in a separate written agreement.

3. Payment Terms

All invoices issued by Wolf Labs are payable upon receipt unless a different payment schedule is documented and agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in project suspension or legal action.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature and time investment in our services, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance unless a prior written agreement specifically states otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

Until full payment is received, all deliverables, code, and intellectual property remain the sole property of Wolf Labs. Unauthorized duplication, distribution, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and timely materials, content, credentials, and feedback as requested to complete your project. Any delay or failure on your part does not waive payment obligations or deadlines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Wolf Labs be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service to any client, at any time, with or without cause, particularly in the event of breach of these Terms or abusive conduct.

9. Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Wolf Labs, its owners, agents, and contractors, from and against all claims, damages, costs, or losses arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed and interpreted under the laws of Switzerland. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss courts.

11. Source Ownership

All source code and assets provided by Wolf Labs remain the property of Wolf Labs until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the source code will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Source inclusion

By default source code is not included in the price of the project. If you want to include source code, please specify this in the order. The price of the project will be increased by 50% minimum.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after updates signifies your acceptance of the modified terms.
